Regional Awards

Each year, the SA Great Regional Awards recognise and celebrate individuals, businesses, organisations and communities that have made a significant contribution to regional pride in South Australia.

Barossa Valley Hire has received two SA Great Regional Awards, in 2004 and 2006 and was a finalist for the Barossa and Light Regions 2006 Small Business Award in 2005.

In November 2004, we were honoured to receive the Barossa and Light Regions 2004 Family Business Award, at a presentation dinner at the Hyatt Regency Adelaide.

Then in November 2006, Barossa Valley Hire together with Barossa Function Hire received the Barossa and Light Regions 2006 Small Business Award, presented by the Chairman of SAGreat, Mark Bickley, at an official awards ceremony at the Novatel Barossa Valley Resort.

National Awards

The Hire & Rental Industry Association is the peak body representing the Hire Industry in Australia at national and state levels. There are more than 700 members ranging from rental companies to suppliers and service providers.
 
Every year, the association honours members at a national awards ceremony. Barossa Valley Hire has been recognised for their achievements with awards in both 2006 and 2007.

In May 2006, Barossa Valley Hire was recognised as one of the most outstanding hire and rental companies in Australia at the National Hire and Rental Conference and presentation ceremony, held in Queensland.

There were 50 nominations received from across Australia for the 2006 Rental Company of the Year awards. Barossa Valley Hire was chosen as a finalist in the top three companies.

Last year, the company reached a major business milestone when we were named 2007 Rental Company of the Year, at the National Hire and Rental Industry Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Adelaide. Once again, the business was chosen from a field of 50 nominations throughout Australia.

To enter the awards, Barossa Valley Hire prepared a comprehensive submission and successfully met a set of exhaustive criteria, ranging from telephone manner to breakdown procedures.
